SAROVA PANAFRIC’S EXCITING NEW MENU
The Flame Tree restaurant at the Sarova Panafric in Nairobi is a vibrant brasserie as an all in one café that has been popular with established clientele for years now.
The restaurant’s new menu seeks to give the hotel’s young culinary professionals an opportunity to showcase their talent. The talented young Kenyan chefs are excited about sampling international flavors and try out with a wide range of products with their dishes including new herbs, edible flowers which are locally sourced.
The new Flame Tree restaurant menu embodies smart eclectic cuisine, lighter cooking techniques aimed at higher retention of nutrients, creatively designed and presented plates using pleasing color effects, offering balanced meals with an eye to healthy eating.
By definition, ‘Flame Tree’ means a bright vibrant tree and represents the three aspects of the restaurant – the ambience, the superb service and the excellent culinary selection.
